Privacy notice
How we handle personal data you share with us through this website.
Who we are
This notice explains how OneOffice Solutions Corporation ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website and when you contact us. It does not cover data that our customers store in the OneOffice app; for that data, the customer is the personal information controller and we act on its instructions.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you send, such as your name, work email, company and message.
When you visit the site, our web host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) in server logs, used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use enquiry details to reply to you, arrange a demo or quote and follow up on your request. We process them on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, as allowed under the Data Privacy Act.
We use server logs for security and to fix faults. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries (such as hosting and email), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires it. Where data is transferred outside the Philippines, we remain accountable for it and require the same level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to your request and follow up with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Security
We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the NPC where required.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability and to damages, and to file a complaint with the NPC.
To make a request, email our privacy contact at privacy@oneoffice.io. We may need to confirm your identity first.
